As Digital Process Engineer you apply basic and advanced chemical engineering knowledge into creating innovative solutions for customer-given assignments.
In this role you first need to understand the complex control system settings and the physical and chemical components of the process to be simulated. Head of Inspections and Material Engineering
The Inspection & Materials Engineering department is organized within the Business Line Advance.
This department is working in a project and/or plant environment being responsible for applying the mechanical knowledge and experience in all relevant steps of the Equipment manufacturing process and relevant after Sales Services.
The purpose of this Head of Inspections and Material Engineering is to manage Inspection & Materials engineering services in accordance with contractual conditions and to increase Stamicarbon’s IP position by making Inspectors and/or Specialists available for Innovation Projects. Also to manage the team, ensure teamwork, learning, development and engagement of team members.
Compensation & Benefits Manager
The Compensation & Benefits Manager proposes, implements, executes and advises on all Compensation and Benefits subjects and projects that are related to the HR strategy. He/she steers the Payroll Administrators, HR Admin’s and external parties as service providers and consultants. Secures compliancy and alignment with local and international requirements, laws and regulations in an international business environment and the Corporate MET Group functions. He/she contributes to a competitive modern package creating an environment in which employees in all sites of Stamicarbon are motivated to perform.
As an intern, your responsibilities will be within the Facilities team (4 colleagues). In collaboration with the IT department and Head office in Milan you will contribute to the integration on the current FMIS system into Service Now system from Maire Tecnimont. You will investigate the parts to be integrated and integrate these into Service now. You will work independently on your own project, with the support of the facilities manager and facility coordinator.
Design & Manufacturing Specialist
The Design & Manufacturing Specialist is the specialist in delivering technical support with respect to materials selection of pressure bearing parts for the construction of high pressure urea equipment. And has the knowledge of design codes for manufacturing pressure vessels such as ASME, DIN, AD-2000, EN and in-depth understanding of welding technology.
Mechanical Inspections Engineer
In this role you are the key team player to ensure reliable high pressure (HP) equipment in urea manufacturing plants by executing and monitoring physical inspections during the construction, modification or repairing phase of critical High Pressure equipment. Providing advice on repair, modifications and residual life time of critical HP Urea equipment is part of this exciting position.
