New dates for 14th Stamicarbon Symposium: 18-22 October 2021
In response to the global COVID-19 pandemic we have decided to postpone the 14th Stamicarbon Symposium. After moving the 14th Stamicarbon Symposium from May to October 2020, the Covid-19 outbreak has continued. With the wellbeing of all attendees in mind we have continued to monitor the situation. Recent developments suggest that business and travel will remain impacted for some time to come, which would of course hamper the Symposium. We therefore have decided to postpone the physical event to 2021. With limited availability of the venue in mind, we have already put an option on 18-22 October 2021. The location of the event remains unchanged: the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht, The Netherlands.
This date will be finalized pending the Covid-19 measures. In the meantime we will organize a series of webinars as of September 2020 in which we will discuss some of the topics of the Symposium. More information about the content and planning of these webinars will be available soon and send to the people that already registered for the symposium.
We regret this situation and the inconvenience this may cause, but health and safety are our priority at this time. For those of you who have already registered, Stamicarbon will automatically transfer your registration to the new dates. Alternatively, a full refund is available upon request (made before December 31st, 2020). The same applies for exhibition booths and sponsorships. Should you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us via email@example.com.
The Symposium website will be updated over the coming weeks to share additional information and program updates.
We would like to thank all our customers, contractors, key-suppliers and partners for your support and commitment. We hope to see you - and unfold inspiring topics - in October!
