Arrival at Schiphol Airport

Getting to Utrecht Central Station by train:

Amsterdam Schiphol airport is only a 30-minute train ride from Utrecht Central Train Station. The conference venue and all the selected conference hotels are within walking distance from Utrecht Central Station.

Schiphol Train Station is right beneath the airport and is easily accessible.

You can take the NS Intercity Train in the direction of Eindhoven, Venlo or Nijmegen to reach Utrecht Central Station.

The Jaarbeurs venue is situated right next to Utrecht Central Station and is therefore easily accessible by train. In the station hall, follow the signs 'Jaarbeursplein'; the Jaarbeurs complex is only a few minutes on foot. Plan your journey by public transport. On the website of the Dutch railways, you can easily buy e-tickets for your train journey.

By Car

If you come by car, from the Ring Utrecht, follow the blue ANWB signs for 'Jaarbeurs'. 

Parking

Jaarbeurs has a number of car parks (P1-P4) with more than 4,300 parking spaces. The car parks are open 24/7. The parking rate is €4 per hour, with a maximum of €16,00 per day for P2 and P4 and a maximum rate of €20,00 for P1 and P3 (close to the city center). After 24 hours, the daily rate applies. Check the area map below to find out which parking suits you best.
Jaarbeurs car parks P1 and P4 have charging stations for electric vehicles.

By Bus

The bus station is situated next to the central train station. Buses to and from all directions arrive and depart throughout the day. From the bus station, it is only a few-minute walk to get to Jaarbeurs. For detailed information about traveling by public transport, click the link below.

Schengen Visa

To apply for a Schengen visa, you must complete a visa application form, sign it and affix one 35x45 mm passport photo. The visa application must be submitted in person at the Dutch (or Schengen country’s) mission. You have to present your passport, which must be no more than ten years old and valid for at least 90 days after your visa expires. Your visa may be limited to only the Netherlands. In all cases, visa holders can only go to the countries for which their Schengen visa is valid. Usually, the earliest your visa can be issued is three months before the date of your arrival.

Please send an e-mail to Mr. Erik Mestrom at registration@stamicarbon.com. He will return the Letter of Invitation for your visa application both to you and the Dutch embassy concerned.
